Up to Glungezer
One of my favorite trails is the Zirbenweg – a panoramic hiking path on the Glungezer. This easy to moderately difficult trail stretches at an altitude of about 2,000 meters and leads through one of the largest Swiss pine forests in the Alps. The ancient stone pine trees, the breathtaking mountain panorama, and the cozy huts along the way make the Zirbenweg an unforgettable experience for nature and mountain lovers.
A magical experience: On September 6, the Glungezer cable car takes you up at night under a sparkling starry sky. At the top, you can enjoy the serene mountain panorama, the moon above, and a truly special atmosphere – ideal for romantic moments or simply a peaceful nature adventure.
Patscherkofel Evening Ride – every Thursday until 11:00 p.m.
Every Thursday in September you have the chance to take the cable car up the Patscherkofel in the evening – all the way until 11:00 p.m. The perfect mix of mountain enjoyment and the last rays of the sun. Ideal for ending the day romantically or simply relaxing while taking in the panorama.
